SAINT ANSELM COLLEGE E.M.S TO HOLD SAFETY FAIR

Saint Anselm College Emergency Medical Services will be holding a community safety fair on the Campus of Saint Anselm College. Many local fire and police departments will be on site as well as representative from the local hospitals. Many different organizations will also be there showing off the latest and greatest equipment and techniques for what they do. The event is geared towards elementary age children and all local schools have been notified and invited. The event will take place on the field of Grappone Stadium and the picnic area immediately adjacent to the field(RAIN LOCATION CARR CENTER). There will be free food for as long as supplies last. There is no charge for admittance into the event and all are invited to attend.

Saint Anselm College EMS, founded in 1991, is a group of volunteer students, all of whom are Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMTs). SACEMS provides first-response emergency medical care to students, faculty, staff, and visitors while they are on campus. The team works closely with College Health Services and the Office of Safety and Security, assisting these departments in any way possible. SACEMS also covers majors events on campus such as the CNN debates, the Facebook/ABC debates, Family and Alumni Weekends, events by major politicians, and other major events.
